Privacy policy
This policy describes the data flow of the repair shop marketing landing page for Sorocaba and the assessment and portfolio services hosted on wys.com.br.
1. Who is responsible for processing
Wys is the trading name of AGÊNCIA WYS LTDA, CNPJ 23.019.877/0001-20. The company address is R. Vinte e Oito de Outubro, 120 - Sala 501 - Jardim do Paço, Sorocaba - SP, 18087-080. The website for this flow is https://wys.com.br.

2. Registering to download the portfolio
The portfolio form asks for your name and email address. WhatsApp and repair shop name are optional. Contact authorization is requested before submission.
Authorized data is used to register the request, provide PDF access and allow Wys to contact you about the resource and the requested assistance. Information entered in the form is not sent to Google Analytics.
3. Assessment answers and contact details
The assessment’s 13 answers are used in the browser to calculate a score and suggest actions. The result is a heuristic assessment based on your answers; it is not an audit performed by Google or a performance guarantee.
If you choose to provide your name, WhatsApp number and contact authorization, the assessment may send those details, repair shop and city information, answers and progress to the Wys server. This enables registration of the request and follow-up. Authorized submissions may occur during completion, rather than only when the result is finished.
The WhatsApp button prepares a conversation containing an assessment summary. You choose whether to open the service and send the message.
4. Progress saved in the browser
Assessment progress and the session token are kept in browser local storage so you can continue later. Restarting the assessment clears this flow’s data from the browser.
Clearing browser storage also removes that local copy. This does not delete a registration or progress already submitted to the server with authorization.
5. Server and PDF access
Authorized registrations and progress are processed on the Cloudflare infrastructure used by Wys, with a D1 database. The PDF is delivered through wys.com.br from R2 storage.
The PDF access link is temporary and valid for 15 minutes. Link expiration does not delete the registration. Technical request data may be used to limit submissions and maintain the service.
6. Cookies and navigation measurement
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load when you accept measurement in the cookie choice. Measurement records authorized navigation and interactions, such as contact clicks; it does not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers or form answers.
You can review that choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Changing it stops new measurement according to your selected preference; it does not delete submitted forms or automatically request deletion of earlier data.
7. Video, WhatsApp and external services
The YouTube player loads when you click to watch the video. When you interact with it, browsing data may be processed by the video service under its own policies.
When you click a WhatsApp or social media link, you access a third-party service. Your navigation and any information you decide to send there are also subject to that service’s policies.
Cloudflare provides this flow’s infrastructure. Google participates in measurement when accepted and video playback when requested. Form data is not used as advertising parameters or sent to Analytics.
8. Retention and requests about your data
Form registrations do not have an automatic deletion period configured. You can request access, correction or deletion from Wys through WhatsApp, identifying the form you used.
The request will be reviewed considering existing records and applicable obligations. Changing your cookie choice, restarting the assessment and allowing a PDF link to expire are different actions from requesting deletion of a registration.
